D and B - Sneak Peek

And no...it's not Dooney and Bourke. I had a small picture party today in celebration of my new studio lights (compliments of my wonderful grandfather) and 5 backdrops (black, blue, pink, white, and red). I am in the process of redesigning my website as well, so in the next month I will be *hopefully* launching it (fingers crossed). I am also starting sessions earlier then expected, so blog fans keep your eyes open and grab a seat. Thank you so much for everyone who has voted for POTY! I can't wait to announce the winners. I hope everyone has a fantastic new year!

Contest - Picture of the Year

Since I am done with sessions for the year I decided to go ahead and put up this contest. I chose 15 (in random order) of my favorite pictures (and this was no easy task!) from this year and I am asking you all to choose the winner. The winner will receive a free 12x18 (mounted on styrene board) of the chosen picture. The deadline is January 1st, 2008 at 0001. You can only vote once, but you may send the link out to all of your friends, family, and co-workers and have them choose their favorite. Good luck to all!!

H - Sneak Peek

Today was my last scheduled session of the year. This little cutie did so well! She allowed us to play dress up and use lots of different props without ever fussing. She truly is an angel! Here is your sneak peek with more coming soon! :)

How did your town rank?

CNN Money did their annual "Best Places to Live" study for 2007 and the list is out. I was very pleased to see my town make the top 100 list coming in a #51!! It was the only Houston area suburb to make the cut. Way to go Friendswood and keep up the great work!

B - Sneak Peek

The T family had a great time playing in the beautiful yellow fall leaves out at the plantation. I love having sessions out here, because the grounds are breath taking, serene, and peaceful. T family y'all did fantastic and here is your sneak peek!

With the shorter days and holidays this time of year I find myself having to use my external flash more then usual. I had a wonderful family session today with the L's and their beauty queen daughter was a great sport. She even allowed me to play dress up towards the end and get some cute shots.
